This Subcontractor Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Grays Maintenance Group Ltd (“Contractor”) and the applicant (“Subcontractor”).
The directory listing makes the Subcontractor’s business discoverable to homeowners and clients via the Handier verified contractor directory. Listings display the trade, areas covered, bio and photo provided by the Subcontractor.
The Subcontractor must maintain public liability insurance with minimum £5 million coverage and provide proof on request.
The Subcontractor is an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employer-employee relationship.
The Subcontractor is responsible for the accuracy of all information in their listing and agrees not to misrepresent their qualifications, trade or coverage.
Either party may terminate upon 14 days’ written notice. No membership or listing fees will be refunded for the current period.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
